Returns Policy

At Lather & Herbs, we take great care in creating our handmade skincare products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items, unless they are faulty or damaged.

We are happy to accept returns in the following circumstances:

• The item arrives faulty or damaged

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required for all returns.

How to Request a Return
If you believe your item is eligible for return, please contact us at hello@latherandherbs.co.uk   within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and details of the issue. We will advise you on the next steps.

Return Condition
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, digital products, and opened or used skincare products are non-returnable unless faulty.
