Are your products natural?

Yes. Every product is made with natural, plant-based ingredients — no synthetic fragrances, harsh preservatives, or unnecessary fillers. We use botanical oils, butters, hydrosols, and essential oils to care for your skin gently and effectively.

Are your products suitable for sensitive or menopausal skin?

Absolutely. Many of our formulations are created with sensitive, reactive, and mature skin in mind. They’re free from known irritants and packed with soothing botanicals like chamomile, calendula, and rose.

Do you use preservatives?

Only when absolutely necessary. Products containing water need a preservative for safety, but we only use gentle, eco-certified options — and always at minimal levels.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We are cruelty-free and never test on animals. Most products are vegan, though some contain beeswax or honey. Full ingredient lists are shown on every product page so you can choose what suits your needs and values.

How should I store your products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because our formulas are natural and free from synthetic stabilisers, we recommend using them within 6–12 months of opening.

Do your products contain essential oils?

Some do, but always at safe, skin-friendly levels. We also offer unscented or low-scent options for extra-sensitive skin. Every product page lists the full ingredients and allergens.

Do you offer samples or trial sizes?

We’re working on adding mini sizes and travel kits. For now, we often offer testers at markets and include sample gifts during special promotions — subscribe to stay updated.

Where are your products made?

Everything is handmade in small batches in the UK, using ethically sourced ingredients and eco-conscious packaging.

Can I recycle your packaging?

Yes. Our glass jars, aluminium lids, cardboard, and kraft labels are all recyclable. We continue to review and improve our sustainability practices.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK, please email us — we may occasionally be able to arrange a custom order.

How do I place an order?

Browse our website, add your favourite products to your basket, and checkout when you’re ready. If you need help, just get in touch.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes around 2–4 working days.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

What is your return policy?
