1. Are your products natural?
Yes. All our products are made with natural ingredients — no synthetic fragrances, harsh preservatives, or fillers. We use plant-based oils, butters, hydrosols, and essential oils to nourish your skin gently and effectively.
2. Are your products suitable for sensitive or menopausal skin?
Absolutely. Many of our formulations are designed with sensitive and mature skin in mind — especially our face creams, balms, and mists. They’re free from known irritants and full of soothing botanicals like rose, calendula, and chamomile.
3. Do you use preservatives?
Only when absolutely necessary — and only eco-certified, gentle preservatives. Products that contain water (like face mists) need them for safety, but we keep them minimal and skin-friendly.
4. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
We are cruelty-free and never test on animals. Most of our products are vegan, but a few items contain beeswax or honey for their natural skin benefits. We always list full ingredients clearly on every product page, so you can make the best choice for your values and skin.
5. How should I store your products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because our products are natural and free from synthetic stabilisers, it's best to use them within 6–12 months of opening.
6. Do your products contain essential oils?
Some do, but we formulate with skin tolerance in mind. We use low, safe percentages of essential oils — or none at all for our ultra-sensitive range. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
7. Do you offer samples or trial sizes?
We're working on adding mini sizes and travel kits. In the meantime, we often offer testers and sample gifts at markets or in special promotions — make sure to subscribe for early access.
8. Where are your products made?
Everything is handmade in small batches in the UK using ethically sourced ingredients and eco-conscious packaging.
9. Can I recycle your packaging?
Yes. Most of our packaging is recyclable, including our glass jars, aluminium lids, and kraft paper labels. We’re always working to reduce waste and improve sustainability.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across the UK. If you’re outside the UK and interested, please get in touch — we may be able to arrange a custom order.
